When will my Brick Drop Monthly box ship?

Accepted Answer

All boxes are shipped during the first week of every month. Orders placed before the monthly cut-off date will ship with that month’s batch; orders after the cut-off will ship the following month. You’ll receive a tracking number once your box is on its way.

Can I return or exchange my box?

Because each Brick Drop Monthly is a mystery and specially curated, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after a box has shipped.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel after your monthly payment has processed, that month’s box will still be shipped, and your cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.

Are the bricks new or used?

We use cleaned, quality-checked, pre-loved bricks. Each piece is inspected for damage, sanitized, and fully dried before being packed so you can build safely and confidently.

Yes! You can absolutely order multiple BrickFrens subscriptions — perfect for family, friends, or even to keep a few surprises for yourself. Each subscription is shipped separately and ships the first week of every month.
