Shipping Policy
BrickFrens ships all Brick Drop Monthly boxes during the first week of every month. Orders placed before the monthly cut-off date will ship with the upcoming batch; orders placed after the cut-off will ship the following month.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your box is on its way.
We take great care packing each shipment to ensure your bricks arrive safe, clean, and ready to build. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each BrickFrens Brick Drop Monthly box is a mystery and contains specially curated items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after a box has shipped.
However, we want you to feel comfortable and in control of your subscription — you can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. If you cancel after your monthly renewal has already processed, that month’s box will still be shipped, and your cancellation will take effect the following cycle.
